  • Yes! I coach skiers of all levels, whether you're stepping onto skis for the first time or preparing for an upcoming race. These technique sessions will benefit recreational skiers, competitive athletes, and anyone looking to improve their fitness, technique, or enjoyment of the sport.

  • Coaching sessions are generally 1 hour and can be scheduled 1-2 times a week throughout the season. 1 hour is usually plenty of time learn new skills, recieve feedback and still have some ‘homework’ to practice between lessons.
